Another lonely weekend ahead

It's rainy and cold here in Ohio.  I was so enjoying the warm, sunny weather, but now I feel like we're back in winter again.  Blah.

I get to spend the whole weekend by myself (again)!  Steven is in NC because he has to work in Hky next week, and he won't be back until Wednesday night.  So I don't know what I'm going to do.  Probably watch a ton of Netflix and do a whole lotta nothin'.  Or maybe I will find something to organize... ooh, I love projects!  Problem is our townhome is pretty organized already (that's what I did the last time Steven was out of town), but I'm sure I'll find something to do.

In other news, Steven and I are going to Fabulous Las Vegas in three weeks.  We're staying at Mandalay Bay.

Gorgeous, isn't it?

I'm trying to plan my wardrobe for the trip, but it's really hard because I don't know what kind of clothes I will need.  I never feel like I have any summer clothes... probably because I don't.  I'm more of a sweaters-and-jeans kind of girl, and not so much halter tops and short shorts.  Up until last summer, I only had approximately 2 pairs of shorts.  I had quite a few skirts, which made up the majority of my summer wardrobe, but I think I've grown out of the skirt phase.  My entire wardrobe of summer shirts (tanks, tees, etc) fits in one small drawer.  Sad, I know.  You can feel bad for me if you want.  I always get tons of clothes for Christmas and my birthday, which pretty much restocks my winter wardrobe each year, hence why I don't even have a chance to wear all of my winter clothes and I have a pitiable shortage of summer ones.  (Working a full-time job where dress clothes were required all summer didn't do anything to help the situation either, because I didn't need that many summer clothes.  For my current job, I do.)  Sigh.  I am going to have to go home and get creative this weekend.  I am really excited about the trip, though.  I've never been to Vegas!

Okay, I think that's all for now.  Have a great weekend!
