Uninspired...

I have been uninspired this week.  Every day, I've sat down to write a blog post, and nothing comes.  So I've decided to just write and see what comes out.  Warning:  It will probably be very boring.

On Monday, I went to the Avon Branch Library and (finally) got a library card!  I've been meaning to do it for months, but never seemed to find the time.  I was very impressed with their selection of DVDs.  I mean, this library is very small, yet they have probably 10 times the number of DVDs ol' Patrick Beaver back at home has.  I checked out Martian Child, but Steven swears he has already seen it, so I have to find time to watch it on my own.  I also got a book on tape, so I can listen to something besides stupid radio commercials on the way home from work everyday.  It has been awesome.  I was getting so tired of listening to the radio.  I also checked out Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella, which I have been wanting to read ever since it came out last year.  I finished it yesterday and had to make a return trip to the library to get some more books.  I checked out three this time so I don't have to go back every other day.  Twenties Girl was really good... check it out!

In other news, Steven is the worst client ever.  He wanted me to design something for this program they're implementing at his work, yet he didn't tell me what he wanted on it, nor what it was going to be used for, so basically the two hours of work I put into it yesterday were all for nothing.  I was just going off of the information he gave me, which I know not to do anymore.

We've started throwing around a Frisbee everyday after work.  It was an impulse purchase at Walmart last weekend, but we've definitely gotten our money's worth!  We've been trying to see how many times we can throw it without it hitting the ground, and the record so far is exactly 100.  Not too bad, but I think we could do much better.  The other day, Steven got this giddy look on his face when we were out there and I asked him about it and he said "What?  It's fun!"  Who knew he liked Frisbee so much?

We watched All About Steve last night.  If you haven't seen it, don't bother.  Really not worth your time.

Okay, I think that's all the randomness for today.  Maybe tomorrow will bring some inspiration?  Let's hope so!
