Anthro, why must you tease me so?

Friday, January 6, 2012

The other day, I got an e-mail from Anthropologie wanting me to browse their new items for January.  Well, they didn't have to ask me twice.  I clicked straight over and spent the next hour wishin' and hopin' and thinkin' and prayin' (I love that song, don't you?  My Best Friend's Wedding is one of my favorite movies).  Anywho, if I had unlimited funds, these are the things I would bring home with me.

The Lace Medallion Tank is to die for.  Literally, I die.

$88

This Ruffled Tulle Boatneck top would be really versatile I think.  It could be dressed up or down, and look fab either way.

$68

The Spun Splendor top is gorge, although it looks a tad on the long side, so I'm not sure it would be right for me... hmm, maybe as a dress?

$68

I could see myself wearing the Tartlet Burst Top all summer long.

$48

If I ever wore aprons, the Tea-and-Crumpets Apron would be at the top of my list of must-haves.

$32

This dish towel has an owl on it.  'Nuff said.

$24

I think I'd like to stash some pretty little things in these Inside Out Bowls.

$8 each

This round Trapunto Rug is heavenly.  I'd like to have a round rug to go under our dining table, but this one is a wee bit out of our budget.

$498-$998

That's all the dreaming I have time for today.  Believe me, there are many more things that I'd like to have from Anthro... maybe I'll put the 15% off coupon they sent me for my birthday to good use.  Steven - feel like a trip to Charlotte this weekend? :)

  1. Wait until next weekend to go to Charlotte so you can go to Ikea and use giftcards that people might want to give you :)
